Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Sales:

  • 1. Identify and pursue new partnerships opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • 2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • 3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our mobile app.
  • 4. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • 6. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
  • 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Marketing:

  • 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • 2. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
  • 3. Manage social media accounts and online presence to foster community engagement and grow followership.
  • 4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, events, and sponsorships.
  • 5. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage in marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • 3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and marketing principles.
  • 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • 5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • 6. Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • 7. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
  • 8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1. Experience in the technology, fintech, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • 2. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • 3. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools for tracking marketing performance and ROI.
  • 4. Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools.
  • 5. Certification in sales or marketing disciplines is a plus
